Committee and sub-committee meeting minutes and AGMs.

If you have any comments or questions you would like to put to the Management Committee either
directly or through a sub-committee you may contact the club Secretary Dave Butler or any member
of the Committee via the e-mail addresses provided below. If you make contact with a committee member
in this way you will receive an acknowledgement of your communication but if a detailed response
is required this may take time since the issue or issues raised may need to be referred to the
Management Committee for consideration.

The Management Committee meet monthly, except in August, from 6.00pm until 7.00pm on the first
Tuesday of the month.
