The club runs local club competitions throughout the year. It also supports players representing the club in regional league competitions and encourages those who wish to play in competitions in the wider national arena.
The Doncaster Congress consists of two events. The Swiss Pairs event is played in January and the Swiss Teams event in March. Both Congress events take place within the club’s premises at Bennethorpe, Doncaster.
Club competitions can be found here. Competition winners hold the relevant trophy for a period of one year, from April to March. Trophy winners from 2005 onwards are to be found here.
Regional and national competitions, including the popular Simultaneous Pairs events, are held at the club as appropriate. More information regarding regional and national events can be found here.
